How does TurboPro compare to other manufacturer's rep software?
We tailor specifically to manufacturer's representatives, offering a virtual office experience with a centralized database the entire team can access. It is designed to be a single source solution without the need to "talk" to other ERP systems. We have been in the industry for over 20 years continually evolving to incorporate the changing market. Most other softwares are not built for the industry and do not handle everything without connecting to another solution.
How much does TurboPro cost to setup and maintain?
TurboPro is a SaaS (Software as a Service) pricing model. Clients pay a one time setup charge, and then a monthly subscription based on the number of users. Specific pricing for each will vary depending on the number of users and the amount of data involved in the setup. Since we are a cloud based solution, there are no maintenance costs to use the program. For more details contact sales@turboproonline.com.
How secure is my data in a cloud based environment?
We use AWS along with other viable server farms. Firewalls and 2-Step verification help protect your data. Locking down your data is important to us, and we will help construct a plan that works for you.
What about disaster recovery?
TurboPro offers a standard 5 day rolling back-up of your data in Amazon S3. Depending on your level of comfort, disaster recovery can be customized to fit your company’s needs.
Is TurboPro a CRM or ERP?
This answer is yes to both. Although we are not a true CRM, we have aspects for follow-up and sales calls so managers and your sales team have the ability to find the next big sale. An ERP system includes modules for specific business areas like accounting, ordering, sales, quoting, and inventory management. We handle all of these areas.
